Our bundles are not mass-produced, so please allow the following processing time for your order. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 5 days.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, your package will be redirected to your local depot for collection.
If you select Click and Collect, this means your hair will be ready at our studio (E5) for your appointment.
This option is strictly for clients with a booked appointment.

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased, frontals , bundles and closures cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale. We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , bundles or wigs in any way , we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.
Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control. Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
